Our client, a successful, rapidly growing, macro-economic consultancy with headquarters in London, is looking for talented economists to work in its property research department. Some knowledge of commercial or residential property markets would be helpful but what is really essential is a good grasp of economics and the ability to express yourself clearly both orally and in writing. The job consists primarily of writing reports on the influence of the economy on the property sector, in both the short and long term. The job will also include presenting to clients and will carry the opportunity to develop a significant media profile.
Successful candidates will need a good first degree in economics, a graduate degree and at least two years relevant experience.
In addition to a competitive salary, the post will come with the opportunity to earn a substantial performance-related bonus.
